Today I want to answer three of the questions I get asked over and over and over again:
1. When is the best time of day to workout?
2. Should I eat before I workout?
3. When should I eat after I workout?
These are all really important questions and the answers are significant. I mean, working out when you’re starving can really compromise how hard you can work and waiting too long to eat after a workout is a waste of the whole workout! As moms, your time is really precious, so you can’t afford to not maximize your workout and fueling efforts.
