Last week I tricked you a bit. I asked a question on Facebook, just to see who would fall into my trap. My question was “If you had to buy weights for home use, what is the heaviest weight you would buy?” Here are the responses I got:

Most women do not know that. Strength training is the most UNDER utilized tool when it comes to female fat loss. If you want to lose weight, ESPECIALLY BELLY FAT, strength training should be your biggest exercise priority.
