1000 Rep Challenge Workout

I know – it sounds like a lot. But I promise it goes fast and IT’S FUN!!! In fact, this is currently my favorite workout.

Try to complete this workout as fast as possible without rest. The current record is 19:55, held by my Boot Campers, Shannon and Erika. Can you beat them?

100 Jump Ropes
50 Body Weight Squats
50 Push Ups

100 Jump Rope
50 Bent Rows
50 Crossover Situps

100 Jump Rope
50 Lunges
50 Suicide Push Ups

100 Jump Rope
50 Jump Squats
50 Slow Bicycles

100 Jump Rope
50 Standing Mountain Climbers
50 Plank Punches

Keep in mind, you can break up sets in any way that works for you. For example, in the first set you could do sets of 10 squats/10 pushups x 5, rather than straight sets of 50.
