Hi Kat, The 6 Week PWL program is for moms who have had a baby in the last year and have not gotten back to exercise and/or have diastasis recti. This is a great starting point for exercise after having a baby. SuperMoms is more advanced and can be done after PWL. If you are 8 months postpartum and have not been exercising, you’ll want to start with PWL.
